Deliverable 2.4 of the FP7 project PACITA (Parliaments and Civil Society in Technology Assessment), November 2012
This paper is written as part of the PACITA project, and discusses the past, present and future Cross-European work going on in the field of Parliamentary Technology Assessment. The main questions to be dealt with in this paper are: # Why is there a need for Cross-European TA?, and # How can it be established in a most efficient way?
